Third-Party Embedded Games

5.1 Nature of Embedded Content

When you click to play a game on Ducklet, the game loads from an external server operated by a third party — not from ducklet.net's own infrastructure. Ducklet acts solely as a directory and embedding platform, similar to how a search engine links to external websites without controlling their content.

5.2 Data Collection by Game Providers

Game providers whose content is embedded on Ducklet may independently collect data from your browser, including IP address, browser fingerprint, device information, gameplay statistics, and cookies. Ducklet has no access to, control over, or responsibility for any data collected by embedded game servers. Each game provider's own privacy policy governs the data they collect.

5.3 Copyright and Intellectual Property

All games embedded on Ducklet remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and rights holders. Ducklet makes no claim of ownership over any game, game asset, artwork, sound, or code.

Ducklet embeds publicly accessible game files in good faith and does not reproduce, redistribute, or modify game content. If you are a rights holder and believe content embedded on Ducklet infringes your copyright, please submit a notice through our DMCA page. We will respond promptly.

5.4 No Warranty on Game Content

Ducklet makes no representations or warranties regarding the content, accuracy, safety, legality, or data practices of any embedded third-party game. Use of embedded games is at your own risk. Ducklet expressly disclaims all liability arising from your interaction with third-party game content, including but not limited to data collection by game providers, game malfunctions, or offensive content.

• Ducklet does not control what data embedded game scripts collect from your device.
• Ducklet is not a party to any transaction, interaction, or data exchange between you and a game provider.
• Game availability may change without notice if a third-party provider removes or relocates their content. Ducklet is not liable for unavailable or broken games.
• Ducklet does not warrant that any game is free from malware, tracking scripts, or inappropriate content, though we review games before listing them.

Google Services

Ducklet uses the following Google services. Each operates under Google's Privacy Policy, which governs how Google handles data collected through these services.

6.1 Google AdSense

We display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other websites. These ads help fund Ducklet's free service.

• Google may use the DoubleClick cookie to serve ads and may share data with other Google advertising products.

• IP anonymization is enabled. Full IP addresses are not stored or processed.
• We do not pass personally identifiable information to Google Analytics.

6.3 Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to monitor how our site appears in Google Search results and to identify technical issues. Search Console does not collect personal data from site visitors. It provides aggregate search performance data visible only to us.

Ducklet does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

Children's Privacy

Ducklet is a general-audience browser game platform accessible to users of all ages, including children. We are aware that a portion of our audience includes minors, particularly students who use the site during school hours.

Ducklet does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not require registration, do not present age-gated content forms, and do not direct marketing at any age group.

With respect to advertising: Google AdSense includes controls that allow publishers to designate content as directed at children or mixed audiences. 10.1 "As Is" Provision

By using Ducklet, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ducklet and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the site, your violation of this policy, or your infringement of any third-party right.

Data Retention and Security

Retention: Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to the inquiry and are deleted thereafter. We do not maintain long-term records of user communications. Server log data is retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.

Security: Ducklet takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in our control from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. The site is served over HTTPS. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and disclaim liability for breaches beyond our reasonable control.

Your saved games list is stored entirely in your browser's localStorage on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to Ducklet's servers.

International Data Transfers

Ducklet is operated globally and may process data in countries other than your country of residence. By using the site, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from those of your home country.

Google Analytics and Google AdSense process data on Google's global infrastructure. Google's data transfer mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses for EU data transfers, are described in Google's Privacy Policy.
